- 300 gram Beef
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 jar Canned beans (red)
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Greens
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise

- 70 ml Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika sweet
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning for meat

Instructions
- Wash the meat and cut it into cubes. Add the spices, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and leave for 2 hours in the cold. Then fry the meat until tender. 1 small onion cut into half rings, add 1 tbsp vinegar, leave for half an hour. Then drain the liquid. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Add beef, pickled onion, beans, garlic, chopped walnuts, herbs, mayonnaise, salt to taste.
