I always order such a dish with pleasure in one of our Japanese restaurants. I'm not sure if the ingredients I used are the same ones used in a Japanese restaurant, but the taste was similar. It is prepared very quickly (not counting the cooling time). I recommend it to everyone!

Instructions
- Put the pancake on the work surface, spread it well with mascarpone cheese (or curd-cream mass), put a little apple strips and orange slices on top. Roll the pancake into a roll, press lightly on all sides. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes. Put the finished rolls in the refrigerator for 1.5 ā 2 hours (or in the freezer for 20-30 minutes). Then take out the pancakes, carefully trim the uneven edges and cut the rolls into small portions (like a sushi roll). Arrange on serving plates. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the finished rolls.
