Chicken fillet and rice are a familiar and very tasty combination. I like this recipe because it is prepared all in one pan. The rice is soaked in marinade and turns out very tasty and juicy.
Mix yogurt, salt, curry, grated ginger and garlic, and chopped herbs in a bowl.
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces about 1*1 cm, pour the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Add the rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken fillet with marinade and water to the rice. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat under a lid until the rice is ready. If necessary, add water.
