Chicken "Jamaica Jerk" in a Wood-Burning Oven Recipe
This is my second recipe with the Jamaica Jerk marinade - the first was pork. Let me remind you that it is based on a combination of herbs, soy sauce and spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and cayenne pepper. For chicken, the spice composition is slightly different, but the main components remain unchanged.

  1. All the ingredients, except the chicken, are loaded into a blender, and grind until smooth.
