- Let's start with the preparation of the filling. I use small white beans. Pre-boil one package of beans, following the recommendations on the package. It is soaked for 4 hours, and then cooked until ready for about 1.5 hours. In boiled form, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use it during the week for several meals!
- Poles prepare this pie in a rectangular shape. I took a bread baking dish (11x21 cm). Brush it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Put the resulting mass into the mold. It was almost complete. Therefore, if there is, it is better to take a larger mold, because my version is baked for a long time.
