Mashed Potatoes with Baked Chicken Recipe

  1. First peel, slice and boil the potatoes in salted water until they are soft.

  2. Defrost the chicken, cut at the rate of -2 pieces per serving (small pieces are easier and faster to bake). I just separated the shin from the thigh.
