- The dough is very easy to prepare - everything is mixed and ready! We take eggs, salt and mix with a whisk, add cottage cheese, you can take cheese, only then we reduce the amount of salt, because the cheese is salty. Pour yogurt or kefir, sunflower oil, sift wheat and corn flour, baking powder. Mix everything well with a whisk.
- Spinach, if it is fresh, wash, dry and chop. If frozen, defrost, drain excess liquid. Add to the dough and mix well. Form with a diameter of 24 cm, cover the bottom with parchment paper. Brush with butter and spread the dough. Cut the butter into cubes and spread over the dough. If you have too many calories, you don't have to do it, it will also be delicious.
