- And then knead with your hands. The dough is well collected into a lump, kneaded quickly, there is no need to sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into 4 parts. From each part , roll up flagella with a diameter of 3-4 cm . Put it in the freezer for 1 hour. I added a drop of food coloring to one of the flagella and rubbed it into the dough with a culinary scraper so that the dough touches my hands less, it thickens from high temperature and becomes less crumbly.
