Instructions
- I find it convenient to shape it with a sushi mat. Put a foil with a film on it. Distribute the prepared mass in the shape of a rectangle ≈ 22 × 17 cm and a height of 1.5-2 cm. In the middle of the mass, we make a small recess, into which we spread the peeled and cut in half banana. My daughter asked me to put kiwi, so I took a small banana.
- Lift the edges of the mat with foil and connect the top, giving the mass the shape of a pyramid (triangle). Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the mass freezes well. Unwrap the foil, carefully transfer to a plate. Melt white chocolate with milk, decorate the dessert on top and sprinkle with coconut shavings, imitating snow.
