- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Caucasian adjika (bitter pepper, garlic, coriander). Add the peanut paste. Once I was preparing the filling for these sandwiches without having such a paste. I had to grind the nuts with a rolling pin or in a mortar. If you use only nuts instead of pasta, increase the amount of mayonnaise. Prepare the sauce from these ingredients, mix everything well.
- Divide the filling into 6 parts. Lubricate the three layers that will be the bottom layers. You can put some more filling in here. Cover the top with the remaining layers of bread, alternating white and black bread. Squeeze and lubricate the top layers with the filling. Leave it like this for half an hour.
