- Pour in the vegetable oil. Mix it. Add flour and baking powder. I added flour in three steps, each time carefully kneading the dough. adding flour for the third time, adjust the amount of flour needed during the kneading process. The dough should be soft, homogeneous, not stick to the hands and surface.
