  1. For this salad you will need salted almonds. I cooked nuts from 200 grams at once, they are perfectly stored then in a closed container for about a week. For almonds, you will need 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a piece of butter, about half a teaspoon. Add another 1 tablespoon of salt and half a teaspoon of thyme and rosemary each. Mix all the dry ingredients. Heat the oil and fry the nuts for about 5 minutes, then carefully remove them and pour over the fragrant mixture, mix everything and leave to cool. Our salty salad with nuts is ready.
