Avocado and Papaya Salad Recipe

  2. Sauce: Mix the fish sauce with soy sauce, lime juice and finely chopped coriander. If you use ready-made frozen shrimp, pour boiling water over them and peel them from the shell. It is best to take freshly frozen and fry them on both sides for a couple of minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Save the shells and shrimp heads for further preparation of soup sauce. The recipe is on my page. Peel the papaya and avocado and cut into plastic pieces. Cut the salad into pieces and put it on a plate.
