Bases
- 600 gram Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 glass Broth
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Marinade
- 1 tablepsoon Basil
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons Pink pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Products. The garlic is already sliced, and the meat is in chunks.
- In a bowl, prepare a marinade of soy sauce, cognac, lemon juice, crushed Basil, broken into pieces of hot pepper, pink pepper grains, sugar and a couple of pinches of salt, mix well until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Pour into the meat, mix, and let stand under the lid in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Fry the garlic in vegetable oil until it has a pleasant smell.
- The meat, after marinating, is sent to the pan with garlic along with the liquid, lightly fry for 10 minutes.
- Add 0.5-1 Cup of beef broth (you can dissolve part of the broth cube in a glass of water). And simmer under the lid until the meat is ready. At the end, if necessary, we add salt.
- We put salad leaves on plates, meat on top, and boiled rice as a side dish.
