- 3 twig Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Egg boiled
- 100 gram Beef boiled
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
- 2 pieces Celery root
- Parsley
- Allspice to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- Cut the meat into thin strips and add to the salad. Add spices and vegetable oil. Remove the onion from the marinade and add it to the salad. Mix it. Place the randomly chopped lettuce leaves on a plate, on top of the salad. Peel the egg and cut it into thin slices, put it in a salad circle. Garnish with parsley.
