Instructions
- For the pea puree, I'll take half a can of green peas in a glass. We throw it into a colander to drain the liquid. I'll need more cottage cheese, garlic and salt. Add garlic to taste. I took 1 clove of garlic. I might not even salt it, but I'll take a pinch of salt. I put everything in the shredder and broke it up. It is not necessary to beat the mass until smooth, let the pieces of peas feel quite a bit in it. Mashed potatoes are ready. My shrimp were frozen and small. I filled them with boiling water, they thawed, and then I cleaned them.
- I'll make a canapé with homemade cookies. I don't need a big cookie because my shrimp are small. I will prepare the dough the same way I prepare it for tartlets. I sifted the flour into a bowl, added a pinch of salt, finely chopped the butter and ground it into crumbs with my hands. I separated the yolk from the egg and added it to the butter crumbs. I kneaded the dough and rolled it into a ball. The dough does not stick to your hands. Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- I took out the dough, rolled it out with a rolling pin into a layer about 0.5 cm thick and cut out circles D ~ 4 cm with a glass. I need a little cookie. The shrimps are small, and I'm making canapes "for one bite". Pricked cookies with a fork. Put it in a non-stick mold. You can use a baking mat or cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Place in a preheated t-200c oven for 10 minutes. Focus on your oven. Cookies are baked very quickly. Don't let it burn! I got 17 pieces of cookies. Place the cookies on a serving plate. I put a teaspoon of pea puree on it and stuck it in the shrimp. Sprinkle everything with finely chopped green onions.
