Canapes with Shrimp and Garlic Sauce Recipe
While the guests are gathering, until everyone has sat down at the table on New Year's Eve, you can prepare a small aperitif table with light drinks and canapes. Offer to make a canapé with cocktail shrimps for an appetizer, which are ideal for light wine, champagne or vermouth.

Ingredients
For canapés:
- 100 gram Shrimps
- 70 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 5 slice Bread
- 50 gram Cucumber
- 3 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- Salt
Instructions
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, chopped dill, crushed garlic and grainy mustard.
- The sauce should be allowed to infuse for about 1 hour in the refrigerator, then it will taste better.
- For the canapé, finely chop the red bell pepper.
- Mix the fully thawed shrimp with chopped bell pepper, lightly salt and season with lemon juice.
- Cut the cucumber into slices.
- Cut the bread into small squares and dry them in a frying pan without oil. Drop a little sauce on each square of bread.
- Put lettuce leaves on top, torn into small pieces, and a circle of cucumber. Put the shrimp with bell pepper on top and sprinkle the shrimp with a little more sauce.
