- Soda (a quarter of a teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon Spices (half a spoonful of the mixture: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
- Lemon zest
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 50 ml Kefir
- 1 piece Egg
- Vanilin
- Cream (with sugar for decoration)
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
