I present You a healthy and delicious candy based on carrots and bananas, and for sweets - dried fruits. Make them easy, and the taste will please everyone, especially those who care about the figure, but still wants sweet. Suitable for those who like me, dieting in connection with GW, as well as a meatless dish. The vitamins in the spring will not hurt!
Peel the carrots. Grate on a small grater and squeeze out excess water.
Peel the banana. Mash the pulp with a fork.
Dried fruits soak in hot water for 10 min. All of the above ingredients put in the bowl of a blender. Add lemon juice, cinnamon and poppy. Grind until smooth.
Wet hands to give the candy the shape of a ball and roll in the seeds. Or use a silicone mold for candy. Place the candy in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
