Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 gram Sugar
- 350 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 200 gram Milk
- 1,5 teaspoon Yeast
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
For the filling:
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- 50 gram Butter
Instructions
- Add dry yeast, sugar, egg, salt, softened butter and flour to the warm milk. Knead the dough. Put it away in a warm place. It should increase in size by 2 times. The dough turns out to be very tender and slightly sticky.
- Divide the dough into 7 equal parts. One part is rolled out and placed on the bottom of the mold.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll out the next part of the dough, distribute it and grease it with oil. Alternate the filling between layers of dough: 1. Butter and cheese 2. Butter 3. Butter and cheese 4. Butter 5. Butter and cheese 6. Butter
- The last layer is lubricated with yolk. Cut the pie into squares and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
