- 300 gram Chicken breast
- 0.5 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 150 gram Lettuce leaves
- 0.5 pieces Pineapple
- 150 gram Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 2 teaspoons Balsamic
- Salt (to taste)
- White pepper
- Allspice (to taste)
- Red hot pepper (to taste)
- 0.5 teaspoons Curry

- All our ingredients! Boil the breast or, best of all, fry it whole in a dry frying pan under a closed lid for about 10 minutes. Cool and cut into cubes. I roast chicken in the evening, and in the afternoon, the next day, I don't need to spend so much time cooking. Cut fresh pineapple into slices, Bulgarian pepper into strips, lettuce into cubes.
