Ingredients
- 400 gram Processed cheese (cream cheese "Hochland")
- 400 ml Cream (20%)
- 6 pieces Chicken fillet
- 4 pieces Leek
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Allspice (to taste)
- Pasta (cooked fusilli) (to taste)
Instructions

- Cut the chicken breasts into large pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the shallots and garlic very finely. In a deep frying pan, melt the butter, lay out the chicken breasts and fry quickly on high heat on all sides. Transfer the meat to a plate.
- Put the shallots and garlic in a frying pan, fry for 2 minutes, pour in the cream, bring to a boil, add cheese and pepper. Stir until smooth, then lay out the chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot, with fusilli.
