Fillet cut into pieces. Add salt and pepper, add your favorite spices for meat.
Onions cut into small pieces, carrots grate on a large grater. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add carrots. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add sour cream or mayonnaise, stir and heat well.
Add hot water, melted cheese, Bay leaf, allspice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Let the cheese dissolve in water.
When the cheese is completely dissolved, add the diced potatoes and meat.
Simmer on low heat for the first 15 minutes without cover, then cover and simmer until ready for about 15 minutes. During cooking a couple of times to prevent.
Sprinkle the finished dish with your favorite chopped herbs.
