- 450 gram Chicken fillet
- 2 pieces Shallots
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 120 gram Hard cheese
- 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Tomato large
- 1/2 bunch Parsley or any greens to your taste
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Squash
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Prepare the tomato sauce. Put the chopped onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil and pass them until the onion is transparent. Just add salt, add favorite spices. Then add the chopped tomatoes, and stirring, simmer until soft. After adding chopped parsley, simmer for another minute. The sauce is ready.
