- 600 ml Water
- 100 gram Onion
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Starch
- Salt to taste

- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add flour and fry the flour to a caramel color, stirring constantly (medium heat). Pour in hot water (400 ml) and cook the sauce for 3-4 minutes (stir the sauce with a whisk all the time so that there are no flour lumps). Add salt to the sauce and season with your favorite spices.
