- While the chicken is fried-prepare the dressing. All the greens cut, not much smaller. Squeeze the garlic there, cut into thin quarter rings of onions, salt, pepper, sprinkle with vinegar. Spread in a saucepan, which eventually fit the whole chicken, and actively trample all the wooden pestle. The greens should let the juice and mix well. Try on salt, add as much as necessary to your perfect taste. You can add more vinegar if desired, garlic, fresh chilli rings, Basil... In total, take the greens at least 300-400 g.
