- 800 gram Chicken fillet
- 600 gram Pumpkin
- 400 gram Onion
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 100 ml Broth vegetable or meat broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 50 ml Sunflower oil

- Mix sour cream with water or broth and pour the sauce into the pan. Cover with a lid and cook the dish for another 5-7 minutes. Stir the contents of the pan a couple of times. Turn off the heat and let the dish stand under the lid for another 10 minutes. Everything is ready! Before serving, sprinkle the chicken and vegetables with chopped parsley. Serve the dish with a side dish of rice, lentils or potatoes.
