Soak buckwheat groats in water for a day. And then rinse it off.
Put the grits in a blender. Add honey, banana, flax seed (it is better to grind it into flour. I used Chia and didn't grind it - I like how they burst when they swell). Everyone was beaten up. Gradually add milk, controlling the density so that the mousse does not become liquid.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts, add cocoa to one and mix.
Place in a bowl or glass in layers: berries - light layer - dark layer. And so repeat again.
