This is a recipe for passionate coffee lovers! It is prepared simply at lightning speed, and the ingredients are the simplest, in fact coffee and water. The result is magic. It can be used as a dessert (for coffee lovers) or simply as a spectacular foam in drinks. I'll still take it to the dessert section.

- 20 gram Instant coffee (I have instant coffee with ground coffee)
- 170 gram Sugar powder
- 200 ml Water cold (the main thing is that the water was icy, but not completely frozen)
- 1/4 pieces Cinnamon
- 1/4 pieces Cardamom
- 1 pinch Carnation
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- Coconut shavings to taste

- We transfer it to the cremans and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes (if we make a dessert). Before serving, sprinkle with coconut shavings (chocolate, confectionery sprinkles, etc.). With long storage, the dessert begins to delaminate. At the bottom of the liquid coffee, and on top of the foam remains. Also delicious, but not so spectacular.
