Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Sugar
- 250 gram Cottage cheese paste-like
- 125 gram Butter cold
- 350 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Filling:
- 350 gram Apple (puree)
- 2 packs Vanilla pudding
- 150 ml Milk
Streusel:
- 30 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 30 gram Butter
Instructions
- Mix flour with sugar and butter until crumbs form.
- Add cottage cheese and baking powder, knead the dough.
- It should be elastic and homogeneous.
- Roll out the dough.
- Put the dough into the mold, forming the sides. I have my oldest and most reliable detachable mold with a diameter of 26 cm. It is better not to take a smaller size. But you can get big! This is if you like to roll out the dough thinner.
- For the filling, I took homemade applesauce, it is with the addition of condensed milk.
- Add milk to it, 2 packages of dry vanilla pudding. Mix well. The mass becomes thick. Pour the cream on the dough and smooth it out.
- Fold the sides of the dough inside in a circle.
- For the streusel, mix flour, sugar and butter and sprinkle the pie.
- Put in a preheated 200 - 220 degree oven for 40-60 minutes. Cool the cake and drink tea!
