Cottage Cheese Dessert with Chocolate Recipe
Cottage cheese is undoubtedly a very useful product, and a simple but delicious dessert made from it will win your heart, and in addition, small freaks who categorically refuse to eat cottage cheese will eat this dessert without suspecting its presence.

Ingredients
Dessert:
- 220 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- 130 ml Yogurt drinking
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 15 gram Gelatin
- 60 ml Water
- 20 gram Dark chocolate
Glaze:
- 40 ml Milk
- 40 gram Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In a blender bowl, put the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, yogurt and beat everything until smooth.
- Grate the chocolate.
- Soak the gelatin in water, let it swell, then dissolve in a water bath, add to the curd mixture, and stir.
- Form a diameter of 12-13 cm to pave the cooking paper, the walls of the form to lay out an acetate film (or a dense file).
- To assemble the dessert. At the bottom, put 2-3 tablespoons of curd mass, sprinkle with grated chocolate on top, so lay all the layers. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.
- Ready dessert to get out of the refrigerator, free from the mold.
- Put the chilled dessert on a Cup and pour the chocolate icing over it. Glaze: heat the milk to a hot state, put the chocolate, dissolve constantly stirring until smooth.
