- 60-70 gram Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 15 gram Mint
- 100 gram Trout (lightly salted)
- Salt to taste
- The mixture of peppers to taste
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil

- Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices (any method of slicing:circles, plates). Mint (Melisa) finely chop, RUB with salt (1/3 tsp), stir in 3 tbsp olive oil. Put the cucumber plates on a plate, smear each layer with mint sauce. While the cucumbers are marinating, put the salad leaves on a serving plate and sprinkle with mint sauce.
