- 600 gram Puff pastry
- 3 pieces Egg
- 3 pieces Processed cheese
- 4 pieces Onion

- Prepare all the necessary ingredients that should be at hand. Processed cheese is better to take good quality and proven brands, since the taste of the pie as a whole depends on it. Pre-defrost the dough.
- Chop the onion and fry until golden brown in vegetable or olive oil. The bow can be anything, I have a red one at hand.
- Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater, you can also add a hard one to the pie, but with a melted taste more tender. Add the fried onion, 2.5 eggs, salt, pepper to the cheese and mix well. A lot of eggs should not be added, because the filling will be liquid and will spread, the cake will be difficult to close (except if you cook in a baking dish). Leave the yolk of one egg to lubricate the pie before baking in the oven.
- Roll out the puff pastry. For the mold, I used 2 plates, one large (the bottom of the cake) and the second smaller (the top of the cake).
- The filling is evenly distributed around the perimeter, leaving about 2 cm at the edges.
- Cover with a smaller baking sheet and sprinkle with half rings according to your imagination and skills.
- Brush with egg yolk and make punctures with a fork. If desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
- It is better to serve cold.
