- My soup tastes better than just cooked. Therefore, I prepare it "for one time". Put a saucepan with 500 ml of water on the fire. Bring to a boil and put the vegetables, cut at random, in boiling water. Put all the vegetables except the broccoli and garlic. Cook the vegetables until tender. Next, we spread the ready-made vegetables with broccoli inflorescences and garlic cloves. Add salt to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from the heat and make a puree. I used an immersion blender.
