Ingredients
Rolls:
- 100 gram Rice
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 50 gram Cod liver
- 1 piece Cucumber fresh
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar rice
- 1 piece Nori sheet
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Boil the rice in salted water, cut the cucumber and part of the bell pepper into large strips. Mix the eggs in a bowl until smooth. Cut the nori leaf into long strips, about 1 cm wide.
- Add rice vinegar to the boiled rice, mix and form a filling for future rolls of rice, cod liver and chopped cucumbers and bell pepper.
- Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Put one strip of nori leaf in the middle.
- Pour about 2 to 3 tablespoons of omelet over the entire length of this strip.
- As soon as it is slightly gripped, put the rice filling on one edge and roll it carefully.
- Move the finished roll to the edge of the pan. While the others are being prepared, the previous rolls will be gradually finished.
- So prepare all the rolls.
