  1. Boil the eggs, cool them and peel them. Cut in half, remove the yolks. Defrost the shrimp in boiling water. (A couple of minutes will be enough) (we will need 150 g of already peeled shrimp) Mix all the ingredients (except the protein halves). A few shrimps can be left for decoration.
