From this volume of dough, you can form one large or two medium Focaccia. Put the dough on parchment, greased with vegetable oil, giving a round or oval shape. Go over the entire surface of the Focaccia with your fingertips, lightly pressing and forming small depressions.
Put any pattern on the surface of the Focaccia using seasonal vegetables of different colors, herbs, mushrooms, olives, olives, capers. You can sprinkle Focaccia with coarse salt or a mixture of dried herbs.
As long as you show imagination and "draw", the bread will rise noticeably. Before baking, drizzle the Focaccia with olive oil and lightly press the "pattern" into the dough.
