Just a quick and delicious version of a juicy and crispy summer dessert. The dough can be prepared in advance and a bright and festive dish can be prepared 20 minutes before the arrival of guests.

  1. Prepare the dough: Mix the egg, flour, sugar, salt and butter at room temperature. Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and put it away in the cold for an hour. After an hour, take out the dough, put it on baking paper, roll out a thin layer. Wash apples and strawberries, peel, thinly slice. Put it on top of the dough, stepping back from the edge 3-4 cm
