Georgian Salad with Nuts Recipe
Georgian salad with nuts and Kakheti butter. Georgia's favorite combination of juicy greens, ripe summer vegetables and chopped nuts, Svan salt and Kakheti oil. Nuts are mixed with butter and vegetable juice, resulting in a thick, enveloping nut dressing. This salad is a regular dish on our table and it just can't get boring.

  1. Chop the greens, it's great when there is a lot of it in the salad. To the traditional parsley, dill and cilantro, you can add a couple of sprigs of tarragon, this will make the taste even more piquant.Add cucumbers and sliced tomatoes to the greens.
