- 1 piece Fish (I have tilapia fillet)
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 piece Lemon (for marinade)
- 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar (for marinade)
- 3 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 50 gram Zucchini
- Celery root (10 cm)
- 1/4 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- Lemon juice (for marinade - to taste)

- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Add lemon zest. If the fish is marinated for a long time. to put less salt or not put at all. If there are lovers of spices for fish. then you can add to your liking. I didn't add anything else. because soy sauce is quite self-sufficient. I really love it and often use it in my kitchen instead of salt.
- When the firewood burns out and the coals are covered with white ash, you can put our fish to fry. Do not forget to lubricate the grill with oil or a piece of fat beforehand. on which our fish will be fried. If you're afraid. so that the fish sticks to the grill. you can fry it in foil. Only beautiful, appetizing strips will not work.
