Jamie Oliver's Yorkshire Puddings Recipe
The other day I came across Jamie Oliver's book "Ministry of Food", and immediately my attention was drawn to the recipe for these puddings, because I found recipes on the Internet... mini puddings. The only ones that I cooked for some reason turned out not as beautiful as they described, but they were delicious - that's a fact. In addition, they constantly pestered the molds... So today I decided to make puddings based on the wonderful Oliver's book! All... Finally, the puddings met my expectations. They could be taken out of the molds manually! They didn't stick to my uniform in any way... I'm sharing a recipe with you.
Instructions
  1. So... whisk our ingredients in a bowl. 3 eggs, salt, flour and milk.

  2. The resulting mass is left for 30 minutes. (Jamie's book says that this is done to make the dough more homogeneous. Thanks to this, the pudding will become more lush and crispy!)

  3. While our dough is "resting". Preheat the oven to the maximum! I warmed it up to 220 degrees. I think that's enough.)When the oven warms up enough, we put it in our molds (for about 2-3 minutes). Next, we take out the molds and pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into each hole! And put it back in the oven for 5 minutes so that the oil warms up well!

  4. After this time, we take out the molds with preheated oil from the oven and quickly pour the dough! I didn't do it very carefully) but it's okay... these droplets turned into tiny puddings)

  5. Take out the form with the dough and put it in the oven for 15 minutes (in no case opening the door !!!) let the puddings rise, brown! That's it! The puddings are ready! ps. Advice from Jamie Oliver: if you want the pudding to crunch all over the surface, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake it for another 10 minutes! Enjoy your meal!
