Korean Soup Recipe
Instead of our kvass, we pour a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and water into the soup.

Instructions
Cut the peeled squid lengthwise along the seam and put it on a board.
Put 2 sheets of nori folded in half on it.
Roll it into a roll and wrap it with a thread. Boil in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then cut into rings.
Cut the cucumber into strips and put it in a bowl. Also lay out the chopped radishes.
To prepare the brine: dilute soy sauce and vinegar in boiled water to taste.
Pour the contents of the bowls with brine, decorate with squid rings.
