There are not so many salads! And certainly no New Year's table will do without a couple, or even more salads. I offer another recipe for a beautiful, bright, delicious salad.

  1. Cut the red onion into thin half rings, add salt, sugar, vinegar and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Since this is a layered salad, it is better to take a split form for serving or make a portion serving using a cooking ring. Take a dish (plate) to serve, put the burner. Squeeze out the onion and put it on the bottom. Next, finely chop the ham, I have chicken, and put it on top of the onion.
