In this water we put ... Yes, peel and core the apples, cut into slices! Since the water is already hot (water has also been drained from the potatoes), it boils very quickly. From the moment of boiling, cook for 5 minutes. P. S. Potatoes, meanwhile, continue to cook.
- When the potatoes are cooked to readiness, drain the water from it (pour some of the water into a cup - it is more useful). Add the fried apples to the same place and start kneading. You can, of course, with the help of a blender, but I don't like it at all... Apples, by the way, are very good! Then you won't understand where the potato is and where the apple is.
