Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 glass Millet
- 100 gram Broccoli fresh or frozen
- 100 gram Bulgarian pepper red and yellow in half
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Green Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs to taste
- vegetabe oil to taste
Instructions
- Take one glass of ready-made millet.
- Add diced peppers, chopped onion and garlic, chopped broccoli, tomato paste, paprika and salt. Stir the minced meat well.
- With your hands, form dense balls of minced meat (I have 4 pieces), then roll them well in breadcrumbs and give the desired shape of cutlets.
- Fry in a non-flammable, well-heated frying pan, greased with oil. Since the boiled hot millet is very tender, then turn the cutlets carefully 1 time, only when one side is well fried. Then, under the lid, fry for 8 minutes.
- Remove the cutlets from the pan when they are cool and serve.
- Bon appetit!
