Mussels, Baked in Cheese-Garlic Sauce Recipe
My husband went into a cafe and ordered baked mussels there. We liked it so much that my husband ran to the store for mussels. However, mussels in shells were not on sale, so I had to improvise... That's what happened...)))

Ingredients
- 300 gram Mussels
- 1 piece Processed cheese
- 200 gram Sour Cream (10%)
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 20 gram Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Frozen (without shells) mussels defrost in the air, rinse thoroughly with warm water, removing the remnants of sand. Dip the mussels in cold water. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until the water is drained.
- Prepare the cheese and garlic sauce: peel the garlic and pass it through the press. In a bowl, mix the melted cheese, garlic, add cream, yolk, butter, flour.
- Mix everything well.
- Put the mussels in a deep mold.
- Pour over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese (grate on a fine grater). And put it in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
