Nut Bars with Chocolate Recipe
Of course, it's very high in calories, but what a magical taste these bars have! But you can't always deny yourself and your loved one such things! You can, sometimes you can, but little by little! A delicate sandy base with cinnamon and vanilla flavor, pink crunchy nuts and two types of delicate chocolate! If you bake them for a sweet gift, don't try it! They are so delicious that you may not want to share them.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Butter cold
- 160 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 60 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 200 gram Nuts mix of nuts to taste
- 80 gram Dark chocolate
- 50 gram White chocolate
Instructions
- Put the nut mixture in a dry frying pan and fry. Transfer to a towel, wrap and rub, removing the nut husks. If there's anything left, it doesn't really matter. Transfer the nuts to a bowl. Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180*C. If there is convection in the oven, preheat to 160 *C.
- Mix flour with ground cinnamon. Cut the butter into cubes.
- Put flour with cinnamon and butter in a blender bowl.
- Grind into crumbs.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk. Rub again until the dough begins to break up into lumps. Put the dough in a bowl.
- Cover the form (25x18 cm) with parchment and spread the dough with your hands, preferably evenly.
- Put the nuts on the dough and press them into the dough a little.
- Put it in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes. The nuts should be noticeably browned. Remove from the oven, put together with the parchment on a board, cool for 10 minutes and cut into 10 rectangles with a sharp thin knife.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or other preferred method.
- Transfer the liquid chocolate into a bag from a baking dish, cut off the tip of the mold and first cover the bars with dark chocolate.
- White on top.
- Leave the bars to cool completely. You can put it in the refrigerator.
