  5. Add the chopped onion, tomato, all the spices and salt to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Let the minced meat brew until the dough fits.
  7. The dough that comes up should increase several times and become lush.
  8. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each into a circle with a diameter of about 10-12 cm.
  9. Put the minced meat on each circle forming a flat cake with a diameter of 8-9 cm. Press the minced meat tightly to the dough. Only it is necessary to leave free edges. Transfer the pies to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
