Pancakes made from crushed oat flakes, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and whipped egg whites. I didn't fry them, but baked them in the oven on parchment paper. Pancakes are unusual and delicious, especially with homemade jam.
Beat the milk, adding 2 tablespoons
20% sour cream and leave it on the table until morning. The milk
turned sour. In a bowl with milk, pour the crushed:
oat flakes, nuts and seeds. Knead the dough with a spoon.
Add sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla.
The mass is mixed. I poured butter into it, put
the beaten egg whites and poured a handful of nuts and again
stirred. The consistency of the dough turned
out to be like a thick batter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
The baking sheet was covered with parchment paper and the dough was poured
on it in the form of round pancakes, leaving
a small space between them so that the pancakes did not stick together.
Put the pancakes in the oven to rise. I baked them
for 15 minutes. When taken out of the oven, the pancakes
were already thin and smooth.
Despite the fact that the pancakes are thin, they turn out soft
and airy. Very tasty with apple and plum
jam.
