- To prepare the dish, we will need 2 deep bowls, a metal sieve and a sieve with a fine cell. Put the carp caviar in a deep bowl, pour cold water and rinse well. Then pass through a metal sieve. This step should not be neglected. We need a clean, unobtrusive product. The caviar films and part of the insides will remain at the bottom of the metal sieve. Then pass the caviar along with the water through a smaller sieve to remove the water in which the carp caviar was washed.
